We believe your referrals are the most important part of building our practice and therefore deserve a reward. To thank our patients for their loyalty over the years, Fountain Chiropractic is introducing a patient rewards program called “Share the Care”.
We hope you will always be confident and comfortable sharing our philosophy of care with family and friends. When you do, we want to express our gratitude with this program that extends savings to you.
Anytime you refer a patient, we will send out a “Thank You” informing you that a new patient has come into our office. The more people you refer, the more “Fountain” dollars you receive which you may apply to any future office visit or purchases.
You will receive $10 Fountain Dollars for every referral. Fountain Dollars may be used at anytime. Patient must show Fountain Dollar coupon to take advantage of this offer. |
